For bookkeeping & accounting firms

We run the Jane close. Under your brand. Your client stays yours.

Jane doesn't sync to QuickBooks or Xero, so your team re-keys CSVs, chases Jane Payments payouts that never match the bank, and untangles packages and comp splits every month. It's the least billable, most annoying part of a clinic file. We take exactly that part off your plate, and hand it back clean.

Each month, per clinic, your firm receives

Revenue posted right

Summarized monthly revenue, service vs product split, tagged by practitioner and location, tax separated.

Jane Payments reconciled

Card sales through a clearing account, every payout cleared to the bank with fees booked. Clearing nets to zero.

Deferred revenue handled

Packages, memberships, and gift cards recognized as used, new prepaid sales added to the liability, on a schedule.

Comp, tax, and a tie-out

Practitioner comp mapped, GST/HST or sales tax split, and a one-paragraph tie-out so your reviewer knows it holds.

Delivered your way: posted directly in the client's QuickBooks or Xero, or as a workpaper and journal-entry package your team posts. The clinic never sees us. No patient data ever leaves Jane; we work from financial reports only.

Clear lanes, in writing

You keep the client, the pricing, and the relationship.

White-label. Everything ships under your brand at a flat per-clinic wholesale rate. Your markup is your business.

Mutual non-solicit, in the agreement. Clinics you introduce are yours, permanently. We don't do bookkeeping, tax, or compilations, so there is nothing else of yours to compete for.

One rule on our own clinic work. When a clinic that already has a bookkeeper comes to us, we fix the systems and hand the monthly close back to their bookkeeper, not around them. And when a clinic with no bookkeeper finds us through our guides and tools, we refer them to partner firms. Partnering with us is a source of clinic leads, not a competitor for them.

How it starts: one messy clinic

Pick your worst Jane file

The clinic whose close eats the most hours. New onboarding, messy history, all fine.

We run next month's close under your brand

Setup plus one full monthly cycle: chart-of-accounts additions, clearing account, deferred schedules, the close itself.

Judge it on two numbers

Your team's hours on that clinic, and whether the books tie on the first pass. If it works, we set standard per-clinic pricing and roll out the rest of your Jane book.

Have Jane clinics on your book?

Tell us how many and what the close looks like today. We'll come back with a pilot plan and flat per-clinic pricing. Run by Kevin Cosgrove, a PwC-trained fractional CFO in Hamilton whose practice is clinic financial systems on Jane.
